Artisan Market, Sunday September 4th at Discover Mexico Cozumel
If you are planning your vacation to Cozumel and wondering what else is there to do in Cozumel during your stay, don’t worry there is a long list of great Cozumel Tours and activities. Now planning what to do in Cozumel during your time in Cozumel is going to depend a lot on how short or long your time on the island is going to be. Are you coming on a cruise to Cozumel or are you staying on the island for a week or maybe even two? Sometimes you can even be narrowed down what to do in Cozumel depending on what days of the week you will be here or not. Obviously cruising to Cozumel gives you much less time to enjoy the island. So after considering this let’s look into a couple of different things to do in Cozumel on Sunday! So with that here we go.
Sunday in Cozumel
Now while I do feel bad for all of you that don’t live here on the island (since it is so awesome) it’s good to know what is going on in Cozumel. This will help you narrow down your preferences of what to do in Cozumel. Sunday is a day that you will not find many or any cruise ship passengers, since cruise ships often don’t arrive on Sunday. Every once in a while a big ship will arrive on Sunday but not often.
Going down to the local square is usally a great bet for families here on the island on Sundays. While the beaches are going to be a hot spot during the day for locals, the town square is usually filled with families on Sunday evenings. There is live music echoing throughout the square and there are food stands. The fountain puts on a great show for everyone as well. It’s a great way to end your Sunday.
Discover Mexico Park
While things will definitely be much quieter on a Sunday that doesn’t mean that there is nothing going on. It is much easier to avoid crowded Cozumel cruise excursions on Sundays. Discover Mexico is one of the best places to visit in Cozumel and especially on any given Sunday. One of the great things about Discover Mexico is our passion for providing you with unique experiences. Also being involved with locals means we are not one big tourist trap. Sunday is a welcome day for us to share activities with everyone and also provide exposure for local vendors and artisans.
